Which stakeholders are truly relevant to our company? How can we systematically assess their significance and perspectives? And how do we design stakeholder engagement in a way that actually leads to better decisions?

Stakeholder governance is a central component of the new B Corp Standards—but its implementation can quickly feel abstract. In this practical deep dive, we translate the requirements into a concrete, manageable process.

Together, we will look at how you can identify relevant stakeholders, assess their materiality, and define appropriate forms of engagement. During the session, you will work directly within your own business context.

After the session, you will have:

  • a better understanding of the requirements around stakeholder governance,

  • identified relevant stakeholders for your organization,

  • defined initial, suitable forms of stakeholder engagement,

  • a concrete working foundation that you can continue building on internally.

This workshop is particularly aimed at Sustainability and Impact managers, as well as colleagues from Strategy, Executive Management, or Governance. Tip: feel free to bring someone from your Leadership or Strategy team.

Want to understand which requirements apply to your company and what your next steps should be? Junxion invites you to request a free B Ready Insights to get started! You’ll get an overview and tips to approach your (re-)certification with clarity.
