The B Consultant Program was developed to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to guide companies through the B Corp certification process. The program provides an in-depth exploration of the core values of the B Corp movement and teaches participants how to use B Lab’s impact management tools.

Retraining Pathway for existing Consultants
The Retraining Pathway, running from November 2025 until 30 June 2026, is a course for consultants that have previously completed B Lab’s B Leader training program to upskill their knowledge on the B Lab Standards V2.1, the certification process and new assurance model. Consultants have to complete the Retraining Pathway in order to be enrolled in the B Corp Consultants Program upon retraining completion.
Participation in the Retraining Pathway is a prerequisite for automatic enrollment in the B Corp Consultants Program upon completion.
