As a CSR and B Corp Senior Consultant and Trainer, Estelle has guided small and large companies across Europe, along with their teams, on the path to certification. She draws upon her extensive experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Since 2021, she has been part of the B Leader Community and now trains other B Catalysts & Ambassadors in Germany.

Stephan Grabmeier is an Impact and Future Designer and has been part of the B Corp Movement since 2020. He is one of the most renowned transformation experts for regenerative business practices. As an author and method developer, he sets new standards in transformation and in guiding individuals and organizations.
Charlotte Horder
25+ B Corps across UK & DACH supported so far & Charlotte’s love for the movement grows each time! She supports KMU/SME’s independently, as well as larger businesses together with two leading B Corp agencies. Materiality, reporting (incl. GRI) and sustainable supply chain practices are also areas of expertise. Consulting in English & German.
Martin Stoehr
As a co-founder of Impact Hub Leipzig, Martin guides teams towards resilience, profitability and public benefit. Background in engineering and cultural studies, passion for circular economy and social innovation, strength in motivational speaking and creative processes. Prof. Dr. Dominik Brendel
Prof. Dr. Dominik Brendel is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the consumer goods and digital industries. For many years, he has been advising large and medium-sized companies on sustainable strategies and serves actively on advisory and supervisory boards. At Hochschule Fresenius, he teaches and conducts research in the areas of strategy, leadership, transformation, and market-oriented corporate management.
Silke Kadach
Silke Kadach, Sustainability & CSR Manager at Danone, has successfully led multiple Danone entities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Bangladesh through B Corp certifications and recertifications. Her passion for the B Corp movement began in 2015 when she joined the international B Corp community. Since 2020, she has also been part of the B Leader Community.
Simon Gorski
Simon has over 12 years of experience helping companies develop products, packaging, and business strategies. As a CSR specialist, he supports his clients through the B Impact Assessment with workshops and tailored action plans. (DE/EN).
Georgina Stal
Gina is an experienced impact consultant with over 6 years working closely with the B Corp movement and the German B Lab Team. She’s a trusted B Corp Consultant, has led and advised countless companies across Europe and the UK on their trajectory to becoming a B Corp. Gina co-designed the B Leader training in Germany, and has been a lead trainer for the course since its inception.
François Styga
I am a mechanical engineer by trade. After many years in the industry, my passion is to help companies to build up sustainable company structures. This can be in the area of strategy and governance, a leaner production or supporting innovation for better products. Managing these projects and projects in general is one of my favorite skills.
Jan Lauer
Expert in sustainable and evidence-based brand management at gmk Markenberatung and lecturer in business psychology and sustainability marketing at various universities, with the goal of engaging students in the B Corp movement.
Heike O'Donnell
As a former CFO, Heike firmly believes that profit and impact are not mutually exclusive but two sides of the same coin. As a Board Member and executive advisor, she acts as an advocate of the B Corp movement at boards, founder and shareholder level. Heike is a European citizen, speaking English, French and German.
Jo(achim) Hesse
Catalyst for conscious entrepreneurship, consultant and coach specializing in B-Corp, Conscious Capitalism and Conscious Business. Former CEO and CFO, now committed to promoting leaderless, self-managed companies and transforming leadership paradigms.
Lena Wagner
My key areas of focus include sustainability communication, packaging avoidance and reuse in the food sector, and education for sustainable development. As an active member of the B Corp movement, I aim to educate companies about B Corp certification, advocate for sustainable development together, and support a fairer and more sustainable society.
